D ecided to make a project about  Whole  Foods ,  because a lot of people have experience with their products. Whole Foods is a huge market in the United States and other countries and we can find a lot of natural foods for our house, products for work and education, and different cooked foods there.                        Company history     Whole Foods Market  was founded in Austin, Texas when four local businesspeople decided the natural foods industry was ready for a supermarket format. The founders were John Mackey and Renee Lawson Hardy, owners of Safer Way Natural Foods, and Craig Weller and Mark Skiles, owners of Clarksville Natural Grocery. The original Whole Foods Market opened in 1980 with a staff of only 19 people. It was an immediate success. At the time, there were less than half a dozen natural food supermarkets in the United States. They have...

Different situations with famous brands....

We read Jim's story in  groundswell  , in which, after a long month of travel, a key zipper on Jim's laptop bag failed.  The folks at  eBags  replaced it the next day. But that's not what turned Jim from a guy annoyed with his broken luggage into an eBags fan. This story was finished without court or some compensation, the company just fixed this mistake. However,  we can find a lot of conflict situations, court situations with world brands and companies, on social media. Here I provide a couple of examples.  ...

The  groundswell  trend is not a flash in the pan. This is an important irreversible, completely different way for people to relate to companies and to each other. Why is happening now? The  groundswell  comes from the collision of three forces: people, tech nology, and economics. Let's talk about the third force. Online economics: on the Internet, traffic equals money. By 2009, fourteen years into the Web era, online advertising had reached $23.3 billion in the United States. After I read this chapter, I wanted to write a blog about advertising, with statistical data, and to provide a couple of examples. The United States has a lot of famous brands. The whole world loves and uses them. Every year, America spends a lot of money for internet advertising of these brands. This is the official US data which is found in the Business Insider . This jump of 22% or $12.9 billion between 2015 and 2016 is the largest in history, b...
